Zheni Wang

Associate Professor

Dr. Wang is a dedicated professor and researcher focusing on organizational research and business education. She has over a decade of industry experience in business assurance, human capital management, placement, and international education consulting. Dr. Wang’s past employers included several elite international firms, such as Arthur Andersen, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Towers Perrin (Willis Towers Watson). In addition, she has extensive interdisciplinary project management experiences in business consulting (i.e., Compensation & Benefits, Reward & Performance Management, HRD, Recruitment & Selection). As an immigrant entrepreneur, she operated an international placement service firm before starting her professorship at SCSU.

Dr. Wang obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
